Position: Office assistant/Admin assistant Working location: Downtown Vancouver (701 West Georgia St.) Working hours: Full-time, From 9 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday) Wage: $13 + Commission Benefit: Full Benefit package offered after 3 months of probation period Available: 1 Job duties & qualifications: -Telephone Reception and e-mail communications -Strong interpersonal skills for dealing effectively with diverse clients -Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) and electronic data processing. -Collecting documents and preparing for final submission including college/university in Canada -Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in accordance to the office setting. -Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance. -Team player and multi-task -Can speak other language is an asset -Any experience in immigration/education field is an asset. -Performs other related duties, as assigned -Must speak English fluently Anyone who has a work permit is qualified for this position.
