Exceptional Opportunity: Coastal Ford Vancouver requires a results oriented Sales Manager to join our energetic and dynamic team. This is a full time position located in Vancouver, BC. Principal Duties: • Leading, training and coaching sales staff; • Increasing and growing dealership revenue; • Maintaining high ethical standards in daily sales activities; • Ensuring all customer needs are met with professionalism and the highest level of quality customer service. Position Requirements (minimum experience): • Minimum of High School Degree or equivalent; • 1-3 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry required; • Valid Class 5 driver’s license; • Successful applicants will require a VSA license; • Experience building a strong sales team preferred; • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and decision making skills; • Previous Finance and Insurance experience considered an asset; • Previous experience using PBS considered an asset.
