Job Title: eCommerce Specialist Location: Coquitlam, BC Head Office Scope of the Position Responsible for driving digital customer adoption at Gescan including webshop eCommerce, mobile commerce and Systems-to-Systems integration &ndash eLink, Punchout, EDI/XML etc. Responsibilities: Digital Adoption Meet with customers to promote, demonstrate, train, and implement eCommerce sales tools and system-to-system integration for digital transactions Drive eCommerce utilization with existing customers, by showing and sharing eCommerce benefits Work with internal technical teams to enhance existing eCommerce solutions and seek out new solutions that fit customer needs Liaise with inside and outside sales teams to drive eCommerce adoption Work with Digital Lead to develop comprehensive selling information tools to ensure sales teams are able to effectively present eCommerce Primary level technical support as required First point of contact for eCommerce related enquiries and enhancement requests Creation of short and long term goals for customer adoption and sales Travel to branches as required Consistent eCommerce site usage to ensure that it performs to customer expectations, and represents company properly Build list of customer targets for eCommerce adoption, with help of sales teams Requirements: Over 3 years work experience preferably in eCommerce/Sales environment Post secondary education in business and/or a technical discipline is an asset Tech-savvy: good understanding eCommerce and digital marketing Ability to communicate with a wide variety of employees and users with different levels of technical acumen Experience with Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel, experience with PowerBI an asset Prioritizing tasks to build digital strengths as efficiently as possible Please apply at https://ca.indeed.com/cmp/Gescan/about To listen to a live presentation November 5th, 2021 at 1:00pm and learn more about the above opportunity please visit; https://events.blackpress.ca/central-mainland/ to register.
