Accredited Carpenter/Handyman for Hire

Accredited carpenter for hire. Small jobs and finish work are my specialty. As described by a previous employer….I’m diligent, competent, personable and disgustingly honest. No criminal record. Non-profane, high school valedictorian and averaged over 90% on my exams at BCIT. I have a wide variety of experience, having done concrete formwork, placed and finished concrete all the way to exterior and interior finish. Spent five years in a cabinet shop and I spray a mean coat of lacquer. I’ve worked in maintenance as well for multiple school boards as well as on BCHydro sites. 50$/hr. I can work for you by the hour or provide an estimate. Estimates are $50. You may very well do better to hire me by the hour…but here’s the failsafe. If I give you an estimate for my labour….and you hire me…I’ll keep track of my hours and bill you whichever is less - hourly rate times the hours I’ve worked…or the estimate. 50$/hour includes my truck and tools. Willing to travel as far as West Vancouver and Burnaby, possibly further for the right job.
