Denture Technician

Job Summary: Permanent, full time position available at Turner Dental Laboratory Ltd.’s Victoria, B.C. location. The ideal candidate is proficiency in denture tooth set-up and wax up of dentures for try in and finish, must have experience in a dental laboratory, is a team player, and is confident working under deadlines. Detailed list of duties: Waxing, setting teeth, relines & repairs, and other tasks as requested Qualifications: Grade 12 diploma or licensure with BC College of Dental Technicians is required. Registration as a Dental Technician in BC is an asset but not required. Must be dependable, responsible, proficient with reading and writing English, and be eligible to work in Canada. Excellent manual dexterity, communication and inter-personal skills are required. Details: The hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a half hour unpaid lunch break for a total of 40.00 hours per week. Extended health and dental benefits are available after a three month probationary period. Wages are negotiable dependent on skills and experience. Potential for immediate start date.
