Permanent Full Time Development & Web Coordinator (37.5hrs per week) Monday to Friday 7.5hrs per day/flexible start and finish times. Occasional Saturday hours required to flex with weekdays (Flexibility required based on the department needs) Diploma (from a recognized university or college) in Business, Communication, Project Management, Marketing or Social Sciences or an equivalent combination of education and experience A strong commitment to ensuring that the rights of people with developmental disabilities and other stigmas, living and working in the community are protected and respected Minimum one to three years of demonstrated community involvement and development Excellent oral, written, facilitation and interpersonal communications skills in English Clear ability to work effectively with program staff, volunteers and non-profit, for-profit or publicly funded groups, agencies or organizations Excellent time management; Computer and social media literacy including use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, WordPress, Canva and Zoom.
