Our name is rooted in the perfect temperature to heat the skin to obtain an anti-aging, long-lasting healthy skin result by creating collage, elastin, and natural hyaluronic acid. 67 Degrees Cosmetic Clinic Inc is looking for a General Manager NOC 00014 Duties and responsibilities as General Manager but not limited: - Develop and execute the clinic’s long term strategic plan and establish the company's goals and objectives. - Track company’s sales and create monthly, semi- monthly, and annual sales reports and set targets. - Maintain a strong relationship with our regular and new customers and address all issues and concerns they have. - Assist to the financial department in developing and managing budgeting, analyzing financial reports, operating with the financial goals and managing expenses. - Always ensure that the business operation is running smoothly and efficiently and also maintain our service and product quality and safety standards. - Manage administrative, human resources and accounting services to support company operations. - Working with the Marketing department to promote our services and products to attract new customers. - Monitor Marketing activities and evaluate the effectiveness, provide guidelines for improvements and approve promotional campaigns. - Identify and arrange regular training for our employees to optimize work productivity. - Review company’s operations and examine day to day sales activities. - Provide direction to other employees and assign the duties. - Hire and provide training, evaluate the performance, promote and terminate the employee. - Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures. - Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
