Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist (Permanent) Employer: Hiossen Implant Canada Inc. Compensation: $55,000 per year Working Hours: 40 hrs/ week (full-time) Working Location: 122 - 8337 Eastlake Drive, Burnaby, BC Canada V5A 4W2 Benefits: • 4% vacation fee or 10 days paid vacation per year, • Employees will be entitled to collect 0.55/km excluding commute in company mileage reimbursement rate after 2 weeks in-house product training is completed, • Employees with be entitled to an extended health benefits with Vision after 3-month probation period is completed • 3 days paid sick leave per year • mobile phone will be provided after product training is completed. Position Available: 1 Vacancy Job Duties: • Maintain and expand sales relationships with current clients and solicit new potential clients • Evaluate clients' needs and assist in the selection of appropriate goods or services, and negotiate prices or other sales terms • Create sales presentations, proposals, or other materials to demonstrate the advantages of using a product or service. • Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer information and records • Follow up with customers after sale to resolve problems and to provide continuous assistance • Develop and maintain technical product or service knowledge to explain product features to clients and respond to questions regarding products or services. • Create, implement, and report on marketing and sales strategies to meet business objectives. • Evaluate market conditions and competitor activity and create an understanding of developing markets and trends. • May supervise the activities of other technical staff and sales specialists. Qualification: • A university degree or college diploma in a program related to products or services is required. • Experience in sales or in a technical occupation related to products or services is an asset. • Ability to communicate in English is required.
