Centre name: CEFA Junior Kindergarten Centre (work) Address: 4021 Kingsway Burnaby BC Canada V5H1Y9 Conditions Position: Early Childhood Educator Assistant Full-Time position: 37.5 hrs ~ 40 hrs/week, Permanent, Full time Hourly Wage: $20/hour Benefit: MSP and extended Medical and Dental after 6 months of full-time employment Requirements: Education: Secondary Education License : BC Early Childhood Educator Assistant certificate Experience: Experience in child care and completion of ECE or related program or course English: Able to communicate in English Job Duties: - Engage children in activities by such as storytelling and singing - Support early childhood educators in carrying out programs for physical and social development of children - Prepare snacks and arrange rooms for lunch and rest periods - Assist with proper eating, clothing, and toilet habits - Maintain child care equipment - Submit reports or observations on children to supervisors - Attend staff meetings for children progress or problems.
