Shelter: BC SPCA - West Vancouver Branch Animal ID: 547890 Birthdate: May 04, 2019 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: Yes Female Faith came to us from a situation where she was living mostly outdoors and not at all socialized with humans. When she first came to us she was very nervous, but she has come a very long way while in a foster home. Faith has bonded easily with her foster mom and despite being fearful at first, has really started to settle down into a home environment. Faith has shown some possessiveness with her foster mom when it comes towards men in her environment, so she is probably looking for a single woman or a couple of women who are open to working with her on her reactivity towards others while out and about. Ultimately, her ideal home environment would have a confident, but gentle presence to help her work through some of her fears. Faith will be a steadfast and loyal friend to someone who will see through her initial fears and open their heart to her. Due to some of her reactive nature, Faith will need a home that is willing to work with an Animal Kind trainer and one that is comfortable with handling a large sized dog that may pull on a leash. She has a dental appointment coming up located in Surrey, so local adopters will be prioritized at this time. ***Due to COVID-19 We've made changes to our adoption process.*** To adopt: 1.
