Full Time Customer Services Supervisor

Therefore, we are currently looking for a qualified and experienced customer service supervisor and reception/admin to help us maintain a consistently high standard of the services provided at Iris Day SPA. Position: Full Time Customer Services Supervisor Wage: $25.00 - $26.00 (Depending on the experience) Working hours: 30-40 hours per week; Business address: 105 - 7380 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3W 5A5 Job duties include: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the receptionist and other customer service/sales clerks in the spa; Oversee the overall spa operation; Schedule, coach and train clerks for serving customers, responding to customer inquiries and hygiene to ensure their behaviors comply with company policies; Take service appointments from customers and answer questions regarding company's services and products for customers; Consult customers and recommend the spa services; Solve any customers complaints arise in the store or via phone and email; Obtain customer feedback regarding company services and products, prepare reports for manager to review; Check and order supplies such as towel, skincare products, nail polish and maintain the sanitation and function of the spa equipment Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements: 1. at least six months' experience in customer/client service, spa management, hotel service/hospitality management or related experience is required. 2. Completion of college diploma is required. 3. If candidate only has high school diploma, the candidate must prove at least 2 years' experience in customer service, spa management, hotel service/hospitality management or related experience.
