Skills and Abilities: Highly developed mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background in cranes Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams Great communication skills, empathy, and customer service skills Must be able to use communication and diagnostic technology Valid driver’s license and clean abstract Be an impressive representative of our client in all customer interactions Drug, alcohol, and criminal background checks required Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and repair Rough Terrain and Crawler Cranes Provide Certified Crane Inspections Demonstrate equipment for customer use Training of lower-level technicians Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries Impeccable verbal and written communication including detailed service report writing Other duties as required
