O-ZONE TILE&MARBLE LTD. is looking for Tilesetters Greater Vancouver area, BC. F/Time, Permanent Wage - $27.00 hourly Experience: 2-3 years, good English; Education: Secondary school. Main duties: • Clean and measure surfaces that need to be tiled; mark surfaces following blueprints; • Cut tiles and shape them using professional tools; • Apply cement, glue or other adhesives and form tile beds; • Set tiles, tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base; • Align tiles and straighten them to ensure patterns are even and precise; • Install variety of tiles and tile strips to create decorative wall and floor designs; • Cut, polish and install marble and granite; • Fill joints with filler compound and remove excess compound; • Replace damaged tiles if needed.
