Big Guns Roofing Ltd is looking for experienced Roofers Greater Vancouver area, BC. Permanent, Full time job Wage - $ 27.00 CAD per hour Main duties: • Measure roofs to calculate the quantities of materials needed; • Build and repair roofs using various materials and tool, replace damaged or rotting joists or plywood; • Lay new roofing materials such as hot asphalt and gravel to make the roof weatherproof; • Build, repair or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials; • Install asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings; • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete surfaces; • Install sheet metal flashings, insulation, vapor barriers and vents; • Install and repair metal roofing systems; • Use hand tools and other equipment (e.g. scaffold, ladder) In order to succeed in this role, you will need: • 2-3 years of experience in the trade • Good English • Completion of secondary school Take a look at what we do and how we do it at https://biggunsroofing.com Company’s business address: 13500 Nelson Peak Drive, Maple Ridge BC V4R 0G1 Please apply by e-mail: hr.bigguns@gmail.com
