Shipper ESSENTIAL JOB

Shipper ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reliability. We require a dedicated, loyal, reliable employee, who we can trust to show up, be punctual, organized, communicate, and work well with the team with minimal supervision. Preparing orders accurately for delivery via Warehouse Transfers, Common Carrier, and other shippers. Restocking shelves by forklift, man lift, or by hand. Stock pallets up to 15' high. Raise up on man lift 12'-15' harnessed in and manually unload boxes. Maintaining a clean work environment. Assisting Inventory Control, as needed. Receiving and unloading shipping trailers. Special projects as assigned/required by management. Comply with all company safety requirements and protocols. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Certified Forklift trained (counter-balance). Proof of ticket is required prior to hire. Order picking (1-2 years experience) Ability to lift 60 lbs. Good verbal communication skills. Fluent in reading and writing in English Knowledge of basic Excel and Outlook programs Ability to learn new skills. Attention to detail &amp accuracy. Well organized. Ability to problem solve, work independently and as a team. Distribution environment experience preferred.
