Job Description: Analyze and resolve software errors accurately on time and provide required status reports Gather the information, investgate and evaluate user feedback and design new software program and systems to modify existing program as required. Develop, test and refine code before communicating it to others invloved with the project. Maintain operational systems by continuously monitoring and fixing any problems. Help in preparation and documentation of program requirements and specifications Suggest, plan and implement software improvements and upgrades. Write, translate and code software programs and applications commensurate to specifications. Assist in development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines. Install software products for end users as needed.
