(http://volitionadvisors.com) is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant Permanent, full-time job Salary: $23.10 CAD/hr Requirements: previous clerical experience 1-2 years Education: Secondary school Language: English, excellent written and verbal communications skills. Main duties: • Provide administrative and clerical support to management; • Conduct telephone conversations and answer telephone and electronic enquiries; • Create and maintain different documents using office computer software; • Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, • Compile data and co-ordinate the flow of information; • Consult customers regarding our projects; • Assigns advisors and prepare schedules; • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings; • Establish office procedures, supervise other staff if needed.
