Electra Fix Appliance Repair LTD (https://www.electrafixbc.ca) is currently seeking an Office administrator Full-time, Permanent job (40 hours/week) Wage: $26.50 CAD per hour Main duties and responsibilities: • Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis, administer policies and procedures, carry out administrative activities of the company; • Oversee established office administrative procedures, create and implement new administrative procedures; • Organize and manage work schedules, establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met; • Be responsible for office services, resolve complaints, answer queries; • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, requisition new equipment and supplies as needed; • Create, update, and maintain records and databases; • Analyze expenses, manage office budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls; • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, correspondence etc. Education and Experience Requirements • Completion of secondary school • Experience of 2-3 years in a position related to office administration is required • Good English Business address and job location: 2120 - 950 Seaborne Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC V3E 3G7 Please apply by e-mail: electrafixappliance@gmail.com
