Requirements and responsibilities: Completing all tasks safely, Knowledge of drawings, MMCD and supplementary specifications, The ability of setting lines and grades with very high accuracy, Coordinating with the Foreman, The knowledge of completing red-line as-built drawings with very high accuracy. Complete understanding of typical industry-standard safe working procedures, especially around trenches and heavy equipment Complete understanding of all positions within a pipe crew, eg grademan (laying out accurate lines &amp grades), pipelayer (installation of concrete, PVC, &amp ductile iron pipe and PVC conduit), operator (cutting trenches to line and grade, equipment maintenance) Friendly, professional, well-presented, and clear communicator, Able to handle pressure and coordination of several tasks at once, Problem solver, Experience as a grademan or surveyor.
