Database Analyst

Established in 1992 as a tiling family business in Vancouver, HOME IDOL Building Supplies Inc (Home Idol) has been growing very quickly and has developed into a leading construction material wholesale company in British Columbia in the past 20 years. We currently have different locations in the Greater Vancouver area. We are currently recruiting qualified candidates who would like to join our team. Please see below for further details: Data Analyst Main duties: -Collect data from the sales, refund, exchange, stock, customer behavior, online/offline purchases daily -Develop and modify database system and model to enhance data collection and analysis -Compare with other benchmark data to develop database -Visualize data to prepare reports for the company managers and directors -Conduct research to prepare data reports -Operate and manage database system Qualifications: 1.College diploma in computer science or mathematics is required; 2.Previous computer programming or data analyst experience is an asset Compensation: $37.50~$39.50/hour (Depending on the experience) Weekly working hours: 30~40 hours/week HomeIdol Improvement and Building Supplies, 3525 Lougheed Hwy ,Vancouver, BC V5M 2A6 Only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
