Food service supervisor Greater Vancouver area, BC Perm, Full Time, Shifts, Weekends Salary: 17.00 CAD/hour Work hours: 35 hours/week Skills requirements: Several years of experience in food preparation or service are required. Good English, customer service oriented. Education: Secondary school. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain courteous attitude toward customers; • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers; • Hire and train of new employees; • Assign workers to duties; • Establish methods to meet work schedules; • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and safety procedures; • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; • Resolve customer complaints; • Maintain records of stock for inventory control.
