Line cook, prep cook

Barb's Fish & Chips at Fisherman’s Wharf is now hiring for our 38th season. We have a high percentage of returning staff from previous seasons which shows we offer a fair and fun working environment. We offer: $17/h start base salary + $5/h tips (average) + $2.00/h meal allowance credit (last pay period tip out was $7.50/hr!) After a brief certification period to proof your skills as a line cook your salary will increase by $2/hr ‘Family like’ working environment Training Flexible schedules, full & part time Complimentary up to $16 meal for shifts over 4hr 10% friends and family discount Responsibilities: Follow quality standards for food preparation and presentation As a line cook you will learn how we achieve our reputation As a prep cook you will be responsible for making sure that line cooks have everything they need to prepare great meals in a timely manner Requirements: 1 year of experience is desired but not required (you can be trained starting at $17.00/hr) Food Safe desired Eager to learn and work efficiently as a team Reliability is paramount
