$870 · searching for 3rd room mate for upper level of Burnaby house

My current room mate and I are sharing a 3 bedroom (1.5 bath) place that is just a 20 minute walk from BCIT. The room is available now but we are looking for someone to move in for December 1st. We are both male students at BCIT full time at until May, and are basically looking for someone close to our age (20 & 21) that will be clean and respectful.
