Looking for a roommate to move in to our five-bedroom house (Available for October 1, 2019) Rent is $900 per month + utilities. Deposit of $450 is required prior to move-in. We are a household of working professionals that includes a community planner, professional writer and UBC instructor, meat cutter, and a PhD student. We are quiet and would ask that our new housemate be the same. We enjoy board games, movie nights, gardening in our vegetable garden, cooking dinners together (as well as barbecuing in the summer) and just generally enjoying all the benefits that co-living offers. Every other week one of our housemate's has his ten-year-old son staying with us. He is very quiet and respectful.
