Hello, My name is Valera (male), and I am 24 y.o. Marketing Professional looking for a place to call home. I have moved to Vancouver 3 months ago and have never been happier. I have graduated from a business school at UVic and found my first 'real' job a month ago. Originally, I am from Russia, and I have been living in Canada for the last 5 years (quite a long time). I am a very clean and organized person who has a great deal of respect towards ALL people regardless of their race, ethnicity, and religious beliefs. I will be living in with my brother, Vlad, who is a student, and will be studying Biomedical Engineering in BCIT. As new residents of Vancouver, we have no furniture, so we are looking for a fully furnished 2-bedroom private apartment that has at least two beds, desks, and a kitchen table. We don't have cars, so parking availability is of no concern. We are looking for a long-term lease. Our budget is $1600 everything included.
