Xena - Hungarian Vizsla Dog

Shelter: BC SPCA - West Vancouver Animal ID: 488849 Birthdate: June 01, 2017 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: Yes Female Xena is a happy hound with lots of spirit and energy to spare. She is looking for an active, dog savvy home (breed experience a bonus) who will tire her out with lots of fun adventures. She gets easily over excited and needs lots of exercise and outings with her guardian. Xena is very wiggly and doesn't like to sit still for long. She is very excitable therefore an adopter will need to be strong, confident, and prepared to work on teaching good doggy manners. Xena seems to be interested in making canine friends so may be able to live in a multi-pet home. We're not sure how she would do with small critters though so testing would be needed. True to her breed Xena can be very vocal, baying in happiness when she sees her person or is excited by something. Because of this she would not be suitable for an apartment/condo/townhouse type living arrangement. She may be alright for older children. Xena is a playful dog, always up for play with you and her toys. This friendly girl will make a great activities partner for the right home. Stop by for a visit today!
