Wholesale buyer

Job Description Wholesale buyer Your main duties as a wholesale buyer would be: Contact vendors or supplies to purchase products; Determine quantity purchased for orders made for each supplier, including preparing and processing purchase orders and documents; Monitor inventories and prepare order lists; Communicate over the phone, in person or through email with suppliers occasionally to monitor price change, and update recent price list for each product; Administer shipping terms with suppliers; Build and develop long-term business relations with suppliers and related associates; Monitor and coordinate shipments deadlines and lead time for shipments Position requirements: College diploma or University degree is required; Minimum 6 months purchasing/buyer related experience required; Be flexible to work with suppliers abroad or different time zones; Note: People who only completed up to secondary education must prove minimum 2 years purchasing/buyer related experience.
