Duties and Tasks: Keep warehouse stocks in the appropriate location. Check inventory levels and communicate with the manager. Handle shipping and receiving
Qualification Requirements: Secondary education is required, Previous experience as a stock keeper or warehouse position is preferred.
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week (Full time)
Customer Service Supervisor
Duties and Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service representatives; Oversee customer service operation; Train customer service representative for serving customers, responding to customer inquiries to ensure their behaviors complying with company policies and standard; Serve customers and answer questions regarding company's services and products for customers; Consult customers and recommend products and service; Solve any customers complaints arise via phone and email; Ensure customers are satisfied with company's product and service provided.
Qualification Requirements: 1. 6 months experience in customer/client service field is required. 2. Completion of college diploma or university degree is required. 3. high school graduate must prove at least 2 year experience in customer/client service field.
Compensation: $24.50-$27.50/hour (Depending on the experience)
Working hours: 30-40hours/week
