Warehouse staff & Customer service Supervisor

Title: Warehouse staff Employment term: Flexible Duties: Place products in the warehouse in appropriate location; Manage shipping and receiving; Check inventory levels and report to the manager; Ensure enough rooms for the new shipments; Use folk lifts to move products (If the person can drive) Requirements: Hardworking and having good work ethic, we provide training whenever necessary. Wages: $15~$18/hour Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Title: Customer service Supervisor Employment term: Permanent Duties: Supervise, train and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service clerks; Coordinate and monitor the transactions/process of the shipping, warehousing and transportation; Ensure that all customer service clerks follow the company policy and customer service manual during serving customers; Ensure all shipments arrive on time with good condition, and communicate with customers if there is any issue with the shipment and warehousing; Serve customers and answer questions regarding their shipments, and give quotes for the new shipments and recommend shipment methods for their shipping; Requirements: College diploma or university degree is required (Preferred to be business, accounting, economics, customer service field); Minimum of 6 months customer service experience is required; OR Person who has secondary diploma only needs to prove experience of 2 years or more in customer service field Wages: $25~$27/hour Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Mitchell Island Terminals Ltd.
