$2,200 · WANTED: Looking for rural house to rent long term

We are a dual income couple; in our 50s. No kids, no pets, no smoking and no drugs. I work for the BC Cancer Agency and BC Women's and Children's Hospital - I am a contractor and have worked from home for 20 years. My husband also has a great job in Port Coquitlam. We are looking for a long-term place to call home; hopefully 5+ years. We are a clean and tidy couple. We take good care of property and have great references. Our 'dream' home is rural; very private and quiet within 30 miles of Port Coquitlam. We need, at least, a minimum of 1400 sq. ft. We aren't interested in being close to schools, shopping or transportation. We would like to rent an entire house with a double garage. We are looking for September 1st, 2019.
