Tile setting supervisor & CAD Drafting Technician

Position: Tile setting supervisor Wage: $32.50~$34.00/hour Working hours: 30-40 hours/week Requirements for the position: Work experience: Minimum three years of tile setting experience is required Education: Completion of secondary school is required Language: English skill is required for supervisory position. Job duties: Supervise, instruct and schedule tile setters for various construction project involving tile installations Install tiles based on design and plans Oversee the project and ensure all tile installations are done on time with design and plans Resolve any problems arise at the construction sites Prepare progress reports for projects Coordinate work with other technician and contractors Position: CAD Drafting Technician Wage: $26.00~$28.00/hour (Depending on the qualification) Working hours: 30-40 hours/week Requirements for the position: Education: College/University diploma/degree in architectural design, architectural engineering, construction engineering, CAD Design or related discipline is required Work experience: Minimum 3 years of related apprenticeship is required for secondary school graduates (Note: If a candidate obtained College/University diploma/degree in architectural design, architectural engineering, construction engineering, no other experience is required but asset ) Others: Must be able to use CAD program Language: English required, and any second language is an asset but not required.
