She is looking for a home with a family that can continue helping her on her weight loss journey. Thelma is going to need her diet monitored closely so she can lose some weight and get back to a healthy size. She loves to be pet and brushed, and will purr while you do so! In her previous home, Thelma enjoyed hanging out on the porch to watch the world go by. She would like having an enclosed area where she can hang out and bask in the sun! Thelma enjoys being pampered, and likes to curl up in cozy places to relax. Due to her weight, she has some limited mobility - she will not be able to jump up or climb certain thing, so her new home will need to be set up to accommodate her needs. Thelma recently lived with a calm, senior dog, and may do well with other animals in the home so long as they are respectful of her space.
