Gently Used by Very Clean Lady Price reduced from $1,200 to $600 or best offer Included are two (2) extra armrest cover slips so the arm rests will never wear out. 2020 improvements made - completely replaced all sofa legs and attachment hardware (including, beautiful oak legs with heavy duty t-nuts attached, dual ended connector bolts, one end glued in permanently to leg for hassle-free leg removal, and all heavy duty t-nut inserts are glued and screwed into pre-drilled pilot holes in the sofa frame). No expense was spared in purchasing the sofa legs and hardware. They are of a better quality than the original on every level. Added are four (4) extra sofa legs for a total of eight (8) new six-inch oak legs with floor gliders installed intended for good solid support on this 8ft long sofa. The four newly-added sofa legs set back a few inches from the front of the frame in order to prevent any potential toe-stubbing. The underside of the sofa was finished off with brand new dust cover fabric. The frame is solidly built, the upholstery is durable and the foam and cushions are in excellent condition. The bottom sofa cushions have zippers installed for easy cleaning and it was recently steam-cleaned. I am confident that this sofa will last for many years to come. Barely used for three years, this sofa is in excellent condition. Sadly, I must sell it as I have downsized to a very small one bedroom apartment as you can see by the photograph, there is barely any room for it. I must sell it right away.
