Grocery Clerk Supervisor Hanahreum Mart Downtown inc is currently looking for a committed individual to join as a full-time supervisor at our Downtown location. - Company Name: Hanahreum Mart Downtown Inc. - Work Address: #200, 590 Robson St. Vancouver BC V6B 2B7 - Position: Grocery Clerk Supervisor, full-time, permanent - Wage: $20 per hour, 35~40 hours per week - Benefits: 50% coverage of Dental and Extended Heath right after employment Responsibilities: - Oversee and supervise grocery department team members - Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock - Supervise performance of grocery department teams and coordinate each department for the profits - Set employee schedules, assign tasks and monitor their performance - Provide training to the new staffs and prepare reports regarding sales volumes - Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints - Maintain health and safety measures and store's cleanliness Job Requirement: - Completion of secondary school is required - 2 years or more of previous retail store sales work, salesperson, clerk, or cashier experience or related is required - Proficiency with computers is required - Able to communicate in English If you would like to apply for this position, please send your resume to hmarthiring@gmail.com Those who are selected for interview will be contacted.
