Store Supervisor

Position: Store supervisor (Full time weekly working hours of 30~40hours/week) Wage: $20~$22 (Depending on the experience) Main duties: Supervise and train customer service/sales representatives; Manage and oversee the store operation to make sure customers are satisfied with services and products; Ensure all customer service/sales representatives follow the company policy and mannual; Make sales and serve customers in the store; Solve customer complaints and override any refund, exchange, change of orders or cancellation of orders; Prepare evaluation reports for each customer service/sales representative; To be an eligible candidate for the position: 1.
