We are currently looking for the following positions:
Stock Keeper (Warehouse)
To be qualified stock keeper: Secondary education is required, Previous experience as a stock keeper or warehouse position is preferred.
Position duties & Responsibilities: 1. Keep stocks in the appropriate location 2. Check inventory levels and communicate with the manager 3. Handle shipping and receiving
Compensation: $13~$15/hour
Working hours: Flexible

Customer Service Supervisor

To be qualified customer service supervisor: Minimum 6 months experience in field of customer service with Completion of college diploma or University degree is required; Note. High school graduates without post-secondary education must prove multiple years of experience (Minimum 2 years) in customer service
Position duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and train customer service clerks; Assign duties to customer service clerks; Oversee and manage the customer accounts and ensure customers are satisfied with service provided by customer service clerks; Discipline and evaluate customer service clerks; Serve customers for their inquiries and questions and solve complaints; Communicate and follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with our service provided by our customer service representatives; Ask customers or their needs and recommend services to supply
Compensation$24.50~$26.50 (Depending on the qualifications and years of experience)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week (Full time)
