Server, Cook, and Noodle processing Machine Operator

Position: Server Position available: 5 Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week Compensation:$15 -$16 (Depending on experience) Position requirement: -Completion of secondary Education is required -Speaking English is a must -Note: We will provide on-site training Duties as a Server: -Serve dishes in the restaurant; -Greet customers; -Help customers for payments; -Take orders from customers; -Help customers for take out or pickup orders; -Take calls for reservation or take outs; -Ensure the hygiene of serving areas; Position: Cook (Japanese food) (5 vacancies) Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week Compensation:$15.00 -$16.00 (Depending on experience) Position requirement: -Completion of college cooking/culinary arts program OR Minimum 2 years of cooking experience/cook apprentice experience is required (Preferably Japanese Cooking experience) -Completion of Secondary School is required -Cook certificate or college diploma in cooking is preferred Duties as a Japanese cuisine cook: -Prepare/cook Japanese food -Prepare and make the sauces used in the restaurant -Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen's hygiene Position: Noodle processing Machine Operator (3 vacancies) Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week Compensation:$20.50 -$25.50 (Depending on experience) Position requirement: -Completion of high school is required -On the job training will be provided -Previous noodle processing machine operator experience is an asset Duties as a Noodle processing Machine Operator: -Operate noodle processing machine to produce noodles -Operate mixing machine to make noodle dough -Ensure and record quantity to produce -Check quality of noodle processed -Check inventory of raw materials to produce noodles Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba 551 Seymour St Vancouver V6B 3H6 Please send your resume to: kokoro.vancouver@gmail.com
