Hi there! My name is Jennifer Valentim. I live locally in Ladysmith British Columbia Canada. I and my family have lived on Vancouver Island for over 30 years. My mom and dad decided to buy an empty double lot and build a vacation home in Salinas Ecuador two blocks from the beach. Since the house was built in 2016, my dad has mostly been living there, and the rest of us fly there to have a vacation and visit. My dad is now a grandfather and now wishes to return back to Canada permanently and sell the vacation home we built there.
