Sales Manager To be a qualified technical sales manager in Wide Loyal: College diploma or University degree related to business administration or commerce is required; Minimum 3 years of sales experience is required; Secondary school graduates must prove minimum of 5 years experience including minimum of 1 year supervisor/manager experience Position Duties & Responsibilities: 1.Oversee, direct and manage the sales team of the company. 2. Hire, train, evaluate and discipline sales staff. 3. Conduct research and analyze competitors'strategies, market trends, customers behaviors to determine sales strategies. 4. Determine prices of products. 5. Override refund, exchange or cancellation of orders. 6.
