Sales Manager

Established in 1992 as a tiling family business in Vancouver, HOME IDOL Building Supplies Inc (Home Idol) has been growing very quickly and has developed into a leading construction material wholesale company in British Columbia in the past 20 years. We currently have different locations in the Greater Vancouver area. We are currently recruiting qualified candidates who would like to join our team. Please see below for further details: Sales Manager Main duties: 1.Oversee and coordinate the sales team of the company; 2. Hire, train, evaluate and discipline sales staff; 3. Conduct research and analyze competitors 'strategies, market trends, customers behaviors to determine sales strategies; 4. Determine prices/discounts; 5. Solve any issues between sales staff and customers; 6. Override refund, exchange or cancellation of orders Qualifications: 1. College diploma or University degree related to business administration or commerce is required; 2.
