Sales Manager & Administrative Supervisor

Sales Manager Main duties: 1.In charge of the overall sales operation in the Greater Vancouver Area; 2.Formulate sales plan, sales mode and sales strategies to meet company sales objectives; 3.Establish, train and implement regulations and procedure of sales; 4.Oversee and coordinate the operation of the sales team and lead the team to achieve sales target and business growth; 5.Hire, train, evaluate and discipline sales staff; 6.Perform extensive research for competitors' strategies, market trends, customers behaviors to determine supply and demand; 7.Build good relationship with business and individual customers; 8.Review sales reports and analyze sales data to evaluate sales performances; Qualifications for the position: College diploma or University degree related to business administration or commerce is required; Required to have minimum 3 years of sales experience which should include minimum of 1 year sales supervisor/manager experience; Wage offered: $36.00~$39.00/hourly (Wage offered may vary depending on the experience) Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Administrative Supervisor Main duties: Supervise administrative clerks and evaluate their performance; Train & discipline administrative clerks and make report to the manager; File, organize and prepare administrative documents; Manage information, documents, history and other information in the company system; Review documents and correct errors; Administer transactions; Qualifications for the position: Minimum of 6 months administrative experience is required; Candidates who only have secondary diploma need to prove experience of 2 years or more in administrative positions Wage offered: $26.00~$28.00/hourly (Wage offered may vary depending on the experience) Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Company:   Challenger Athletic Apparel Inc Address: 1141 William Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 2J1.
