Route Supervisor

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Route Supervisor makes sure that their team of CSRs completes their daily duties of scheduled customer visits to a high level of accuracy and efficiency and acting as a support to Ryan Vending operations. This role has a lot of variety, so the days go quickly you'll be mentoring/coaching a team of CSRs (including acting as a backup when needed), completing inventories, gathering customer reviews, collecting money from equipment, assisting with service calls, and providing other operational support. Our Route Supervisor will mainly be out in the field to gain an understanding of the routes and to assist with resolving obstacles their CSRs face in gaining efficiencies and delivering excellent customer service.
