Roscoe - French Bulldog Dog

Shelter: BC SPCA - Maple Ridge Animal ID: 475474 Birthdate: June 26, 2010 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: No Male Meet Roscoe! Roscoe is an 8yr old male French Bull Dog. He is delightful, sweet and full of personality. Roscoe does like going for walks and being with people. Roscoe can be nervous of strangers so slow introductions is recommended. We are told he doesn't do well with small children however kids 12+ should be ok. Roscoe would be fine with another respectful dog of similar size. We are unsure of how Roscoe feels about cats. Roscoe is a bit of a chunk and does need to lose some weight, he is currently on a weight control diet. Roscoe does have separation anxiety when left alone, dogs with this can display unwanted behavior. Potential adopters should read up on separation anxiety and activities that work towards lessen it, such as; practicing short departures, nose work and crate training.
