$800 · Room in a shared basement suite

I'm looking for a young professional to rent 1 bedroom in my 2 bedroom basement suite. The suite has radiant heating, in-suite washer and dryer, and our own slice of yard space available. Almost fully furnished except for the bedroom which is up to you. $800/month including internet. I am a 27 yr old female working full time. I enjoy my down time in the evenings but I just moved to the North Shore so I spend most of my weekends out on adventures and would love for a roomie that wants to join!
