Retail Supervisor Position Summary: 1.Supervise sales staff and oversee the store operation; 2. Schedule and train sales staff in the store; 3. Serve customers in the store and recommend products to purchase;4. Solve customer complaints and override any refund or exchange; 5. Manage and monitor inventory for each item in the store;6. Record daily sales of the store; 7. Evaluate and discipline sales staff Qualifications for the position: 1. Completion of secondary education is required 2.
