Retail Supervisor Position Summary: 1.Supervise sales staff and oversee the store operation; 2. Schedule and train sales staff in the store; 3. Serve customers in the store and recommend products to purchase;4. Solve customer complaints and override any refund or exchange; 5. Manage and monitor inventoryfor each item in the store;6. Record daily sales of the store; 7. Evaluate and discipline sales staff Qualifications for the position: 1. Completion of secondary education is required 2. Minimum 12 months retail sales experience is required Wage offered: $20.00~$25.50/hourly (Wage offered may vary depending on the qualifications and experience, wage could be negotiable if performance is convincing after working) Working hours: 30~40 hours/week Retail Buyer Position Summary: 1. Prepare order lists for products from suppliers 2. Analyze quantity ordered. 3. Check samples of new items and determine order quantity to purchase4. Check the inventory level and report to the manager. 5. Ensure all purchases are made correctly in terms of items to purchase and quantity ordered6. Inspect the quality of the product purchased and report any defects to the suppliers Qualifications for the position: 1.College diploma or University degree is required（business related field preferred）. 2. 6 months or more experience in buying or purchasing is required. 3. For candidates only has secondary school diploma, the candidate must prove 2 years buyer/purchasing experience 3.
