Retail Buyer

Retail Buyer Position Summary: 1. Prepare order lists for products from suppliers 2. Determine quantity to order, and report to the manager to override. 3. Check samples of new items and analyze the customer demand for future orders 4. Check the inventory level to determine the future order quantities for each item 5. Monitor shipments and ensure all orders arrive on time 6. Inspect the quality and quantity of the product purchased and reports any defects to the suppliers Qualifications for the position: 1.College diploma or University degree is required （business related field preferred but not a must if having relevant work experience）. 2. Minimum 6 months experience in purchasing is required. 3. For candidates only has secondary school diploma, the candidate must prove 2 year purchasing experience 3.
