Restaurant Supervisor Kosoo, the meaning of "Master" we are the Korean fusion restaurant, located Vancouver downtown, where you can have fine dining, casual lunch, or dinner or come and enjoy your drinks with authentic Korean soul food. We are currently seeking a qualified Restaurant Supervisor. Employer: Kosoo Restaurant (832 Cardero Street, Vancouver BC V6G 2G5) Position: Restaurant Supervisor (NOC: 6311) Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~35 hours per week) Salary: $14 to $16 per hour depends on qualifications and experiences Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Education requirement: Completion of High school or equivalent Language Requirement: English Work Setting: Retail Korean Fusion Restaurant Work experience requirement: At least 1.5 years of experience in the food service industry Job Duties (but not limited to): * Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and waste * Ordering food supplies and performing quality control checks * Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service * Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally * Maintain quality control for all food and beverage served * Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures * Scheduling employees to ensure a smooth operation day to day * Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs Benefits: * Gratuities How to apply: Email: kosookorean@gmail.com By mail: 832 Cadero Street, Vancouver BC V6G 2G5 Only selected candidate will be contacted for an interview.
