Saemaul Rice Cake in coquitlam BC is looking for full time Food Service Manager Restaurant: Saemaul Rice Cake Job Position: Food Service Manager, Full time, Permanent Work Location: B-901 Lougheed Hwy, Couquitlam, BC V3K 3T3 Salary Rate: $23.00 per hour / 30~35 Hours per week Start date: As soon as possible Main duties: - Organize and plan the operations of the rice cake bakery - Plan and determine type of rice cake and services to be offered - Analyze operating cost to operate efficiently - Hire staff, manage staff schedules and responsible for and oversee staff training - Monitor staff performance - Resolve customer complaints - Negotiate arrangements with suppliers- - Control inventory and check revenues and modify prices, cost or operational procedure - Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and meet the standard Requirement: - Min 3 years of experience in food service sector, including some supervisory experience - Able to work in evening and Weekends - Able to communicate in English - Secondary graduation or higher If you meet the requirements above and are interested in applying for this position, please send your resume to: saemaul.ricecake.hr@gmail.com
