Applause Restaurant is currently looking for a restaurant assistant manager Wage: $24.00/Hourly, 32~40 hours per week Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Start Date: As soon as possible Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager Work Location: 8269 Oak StVancouver, BC V6P 4A8 Duties Arrange staff work schedules Maintain and develop work-flow and procedures to ensure quality food and service Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked. Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff. Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained. Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. Requirements: Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector in supervisory experience.
